Annual Garage Sale
June 20th and 21st from 8am-4pm​
There's no better time than now to clean out those closets, your basement, and your garage and put your old and gently used treasures up for sale!  

Halloween Costume Parade
October 27th 2024 at 2pm

​Fun for kids of all ages, put on your costumes and join the fun parade through the neighborhood. Or you can set up a table or blanket and pass out candy to the little ones.

Christmas Decor Contest

December is a time for holiday cheer! Each year we ask residents to enter a contest to determine who has the best decorations in River Commons.

​Easter Egg Hunt

Nothing like a fun Easter egg hunt for the kids to welcome in the fresh spring air! We head over to Clay Park and hide eggs filled with candy and prizes for resident children age 12 and under.

​Annual HOA Meeting
April 27, 2025 - 1:30 PM

At our annual HOA meetings, all residents are invited to attend and learn about neighborhood policies and changes. Sometimes there are issues to be voted on along with voting in our board members for the year.​
