We’re Are Updating our Covenants and Restrictions
The board is continuing the process of updating the current covenants and restrictions. The Indiana Code for HOAs was updated in 2023 and will be guiding the boards updates. The most recent Covenants and Restrictions, Bylaws, and 2023 Indiana Code can be found here https://www.rivercommonshoa.com/bylaws-and-covenants.html

Holiday Lights Contest
